Villas Rio Dulce, Plaza El Pozo and Las Colinas Update
Time for a long overdue construction update.We have been really busy in Iguana lately. 2007 saw the groundbreaking of Villas Rio Dulce, our top of the line beach front condo tower. A lot of progress has been made, and construction is now on the second story level.
The first building of Iguana's brand new commercial center, Plaza El Pozo, is getting really close to completion, as well as the first of six houses in the Villas Las Colinas complex. Below you can see photos the "Atracadero" building, which will soon house the long awaited Don Eloy's Bar & Restaurant.
Here are some pictures of the Las Colinas home, along with the gorgeous golf course view from it's second floor terrace.
All of us at Iguana can definitely feel the momentum gathering. We are working real hard to make Iguana the premier Golf & Beach resort in Nicaragua.
