Villas Rio Dulce Grey Work Completed
Dear Iguana Owners and Fans,Last December 15th we proudly received the completed grey work and flooring/tiling for Villas Rio Dulce, our 16 unit condo building.
Lacayo Fiallos, the builders, did an amazing job. The building is looking great, with beautiful wood trim accents, Italian porcelanato flooring, imported bathroom tiles, and most importantly, gorgeous views of the ocean.
Now comes the really heavy part for me. Doors were manufactured during the building process, and now we're finishing them and preparing to install them. We're going to have two sheetrock subcontractors taking care of all of the ceilings, and I'm just about ready to hire the windows and sliding doors subcontractors. Interior's, the Mill's Pride dealer for Nicaragua, has their kitchens on the way, and will be installing soon.It's a very detail-oriented process, but a lot of fun, and I'm eager to complete the building as soon as possible, and with the best finishing that I can do.
