Even if we [were paid] millions, we may never be able to find another place that offered good surfing waves, a warm climate, in a safe country, in a pristine natural environment, with utilities in place, and the guarantee of exclusive access. We have been searching for many years and this unique combination just isn’t out there, no matter what the price.
