Reservations:
Must be made by e-mail or fax and include a valid credit card number as a guarantee. Iguana Beach Resort will confirm availability within 72 hours. We accept Amex, Visa, & Master Card only for reserving the condo.
All reservations for Easter Week, Christmas and New Year, will require a “Non-Refundable” 100% pre-payment to confirm reservations.Payments:
Cash Only: Must be paid in full upon arrival.Cancellation Policies:
Green Season and High Season: Cancellations must be made 10 days before clients arrival to avoid 1 night penalty charge. If cancellation is made prior to the 5 days, Iguana Beach Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Peak Season, (Easter, Christmas and New Years): Cancellations must be made 28 days before clients arrival to avoid full penalty charge. If a cancellation is made prior to the 15 days, Iguana Beach Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
